Terms & conditions.

About these terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of the website tradestoq.co.uk and any purchases you make from Tradestoq Ltd. By placing an order or browsing the site you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the site at the time you place it.
Placing an order
When you place an order through our website, it constitutes an offer to buy the products selected. We are not obliged to accept your order. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
All prices shown on the site include VAT at the applicable rate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where a pricing error has occurred. If this happens we will notify you and issue a full refund for any payment already taken.
We may also cancel orders if the products are unavailable, if there is an error in the product description, or if we identify a potential fraud risk.
Products
We take great care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications and images on tradestoq.co.uk are as accurate as possible. However, natural wood is a living material — colour, grain pattern and texture will vary between boards and batches. This is a feature, not a defect.
Photographs are representative and are taken in controlled lighting. We strongly recommend ordering a free sample pack to see the material in person before committing to a full order.
We offer a sample service so you can assess the product in your own space and lighting conditions before you buy.
Pricing & payment
All prices on tradestoq.co.uk are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout.
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Klarna. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.
Delivery
Please see our delivery page for full details on shipping options, timescales and charges. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, industrial action, or third-party carrier disruption. We will always keep you informed if your order is delayed.
Custom orders
Cut-to-size and bespoke orders are non-refundable once cutting has begun. Before any cutting takes place, we will contact you to confirm the exact dimensions and specifications. You will have the opportunity to amend or cancel at that stage.
If you do not respond to our confirmation request within 14 days we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, less any materials already purchased on your behalf.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, or wasted expenditure.
We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
